Will Call

Some pre-registered guests choose to pick up their final packet at Will Call because they are traveling and are unable to receive their final packet by mail. If you would like to pick up your final packet at Will Call, please tell us when making a reservation by phone or make a note of it if registering online or by mail.

Will Call hours of operation:

April 15, 2009 – 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
April 16, 2009 – 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
April 17, 2009 – 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
April 18, 2009 – 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Please note that while we will do our best to accommodate you in the event that parking, scheduling or other logistical problems result from adverse weather conditions or other events beyond our reasonable control, we are not responsible for any costs you may incur as a result of any such weather problems or other events that are beyond our reasonable control.

Affinity is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for our disabled RV tour participants when it is in our control to do so. To assist us in providing this service, we request that you provide us with information concerning any accommodations you will need on the tour at the time of booking. Please keep in mind that we make arrangements with a number of third parties when scheduling events and will need advance notice as soon as possible in order to accommodate special needs. Please remember that at many tour destinations, the accommodations are temporary in nature and may not have all conveniences. Many events may include considerable walking and may not be comfortable for all participants. Facilities, such as seating for the disabled at special events, may not always be positioned with the rest of the group depending on access. We invite you to ask questions regarding specific tours in order to determine if the tours will meet your needs.
