Please keep in mind that we make arrangements with a number of third parties when scheduling events and will need advance notice as soon as possible in order to accommodate special needs. Please remember that at many tour destinations, the accommodations are temporary in nature and may not have all conveniences. Many events may include considerable walking and may not be comfortable for all participants. Facilities, such as seating for the disabled at special events, may not always be positioned with the rest of the group depending on access. We invite you to ask questions regarding specific tours in order to determine if the tours will meet your needs. |
