Shuttles run every 5 minutes from the commercial lane located outside the 1st level of the airport terminal building and are handicap accessible.

World Record Attempt
Rally guests are invited to help break the Guinness world Record™ for "Most People Wearing Balloon Hats." The current balloon hat record is 1,876 people wearing balloon hats in Hillsboro Oregon on August 16, 2006.

Geocache Contest
Rally guests will be able to participate in the third annual high tech treasure hunt. Please check back for further details.

Rally Dog Show
The sixth Annual Dog Show will be held on Saturday, April 18 at the Day Stage. Please check back for further details.

Golf Tournament
Come join us for a fun morning of golf at The Rally on Friday, April 17. Please check back for further details.

DISABLED/PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED

Parking for disabled or physically challenged individuals has been arranged as close as possible to all activity centers for easy access. Golf carts will be used to assist handicapped attendees, and will be identified by the appropriate signage. Golf carts will roam the seminar and exhibit areas and will operate during the same hours that the trams run.

ELECTRICITY - IF YOU'VE ORDERED AND PAID FOR IT

Generator-powered 30-amp electricity in all parking areas will be turned on at 7:00 a.m. on the first date purchased. Electricity will be shut off at 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 21.

E-MAIL AND ONLINE SERVICES

Families attending The Rally have free Internet access during the event. Desktop computers for use by attendees are available in the Rally Information/Registration Center located in Heritage Hall. Please note that Internet access is available during Rally Information/Registration Center hours only. Users are requested to keep their online time to a minimum so others may also use this service.

Exhibitors participating in the RV Expo Trade Show will be moving in during Early Bird Days. Please do not attempt to visit exhibit areas until the show opens on Thursday, April 16 for the coach preview and April 17 for the indoor exhibits. Hazardous conditions exist in the exhibit areas, and every effort will be made to reduce the risk of injury by restricting non-exhibitors from the exhibit area before the official opening. LOCATOR CARDS

Locator cards are the only way of finding you in the parking area if we need to locate you in the event of an emergency. After you are parked, a parking staff volunteer will present you with a locator card with your parking location information. Please bring the completed locator card with you to the Rally Information/Registration Center to complete your registration process.

MAIL

Beginning Wednesday, April 15, mail is delivered to the Expo New Mexico daily and available for pickup after 9:00 a.m. at the Mail Station in the Rally Information/Registration Center. Incoming and outgoing mail may be deposited or retrieved at the Mail Station Wednesday, April 15 through Monday, April 20. There is no U.S. Post Office substation at The Rally site due to postal regulations and staffing issues. The Rally is not authorized to sell stamps or provide Express Mail services.

Caps, jackets, shirts, T-shirts, sweatshirts and lapel pins – all with the official Rally logo – are available during the Rally from Sports Image Apparel of Indiana, the only licensed outlet for The Rally clothing and souvenirs.

Pets are welcome at The Rally, but please observe the following restrictions:

  • Pets must be kept on a leash at all times.
  • Please be kind to your neighbors by cleaning up after pets

RELIGIOUS SERVICES

A nondenominational church service will be held on Sunday, April 19. Please check back for time and location.

SECURITY

24-hour security will be provided in all parking lots. You must display your Rally tow vehicle rearview-mirror card at all times to enter the lots. Security will be strictly enforced for your safety, so please carry your Rally identification – Rally tow-vehicle rearview-mirror pass and name badges – with you at all times. For the safety of all Rally attendees, please observe the directions of security personnel at Rally checkpoints and on the Rally grounds. Your cooperation is appreciated.

SEMINARS AND CRAFTS

The Daily Schedule in The Rally Program will list the times and locations for all the seminars and craft sessions scheduled Thursday through Monday. Some seminars are repeated for the convenience of those who may be off grounds during the first presentation of a particular seminar.

SERVICE ARRANGEMENTS

RV manufacturers, aftermarket product manufacturers and suppliers exhibiting at The Rally have been invited to provide emergency service performed by trained personnel for Rally attendees. Since space is limited, service and installation vehicles will be dispatched into the RV parking areas to perform the work. Rally participants needing such emergency service must contact the appropriate company at their exhibit booths, or at the servicing company’s display area. Service arrangements can be made when the exhibit areas open. Financial arrangements for the payment of service work are the mutual responsibility of the servicing company and the RV owner and not the responsibility of The Rally.

TRASH PICKUP

Trash pickup will begin on Wednesday, April 15, in all parking lots. All trash must be tied securely in plastic bags and placed in front of rigs by 8:00 a.m. for pickup. Please do not leave bags of trash at your site on Tuesday, April 21, prior to leaving.

WRISTBANDS AND BADGES

Wristbands are required for all Youth Activity Area participants and are available through Youth Coordinators at the Youth registration table in the Rally Information/Registration Center. Public Gate patrons will be required to wear a guest badge that will be provided when entering the grounds.

YOUTH ACTIVITIES

The Youth Center will be open daily for both structured activities and just hanging out. All young adults ages 13 to 17 and children ages 6 to 12 must register for the program. Registration will take place at The Rally Information/Registration Center Wednesday and Thursday, April 15 and 16 from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Starting Friday, April 17, youth activity registration will occur in the Youth Activities Building. Registration in the Youth Activities Building will be open during regular hours shown on the schedule. All youth program participants must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the time of registration. Parents will receive a separate youth activity schedule at the time of registration.

The Rally’s full schedule of youth activities means children and teens ages 6 through 17 are occupied for nearly all Rally operation hours, so parents and grandparents are free to browse the exhibits and attend seminars.
